Event Series “Open to Dialogue: Fresh Ideas for Global Engagement with ELAN!”

The online event series organized by the Rhineland-Palatinate Development Policy Network offers interesting insights throughout the year. The program for “Ready to Talk: Fresh Ideas for Global Engagement with ELAN!” is now available—and it includes a session on Rwanda and partnership. The lectures are always held on the first Tuesday of the month from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. The event on Rwanda, titled “Vol. 35: Focus on the Rwanda Partnership: Cooperation in Turbulent Times,” will take place on November 3, 2026.
