Project Proposals ASA Program 2026
Do you work in an organization that pursues social, ecological, or cultural goals? Are you looking for young people who advocate for just and sustainable development? From May to mid-August or September respectively, you can propose projects for the ASA program. Subsequently, selection committees decide whether your specific project will be included in the catalog of projects for the following year’s cohort.
A multi-month project phase is, alongside seminars on global contexts and the promotion of participants’ engagement, an essential component of the ASA program. Alone or in teams of two to four, participants work on a concrete project in a country in Africa, Asia, Latin America, or Southeast Europe, and partly also in Germany. Each summer, partner institutions are invited to submit their project proposals for the upcoming cohort. Unfortunately, as a partnership association, we do not have the financial resources for project funding. However, we would be very pleased if a project with Rwanda could come about!
