How to Start a Partnership

Partnerships can be formed in various areas – from universities and municipalities to parishes and cities, as well as newly founded partnership associations. Particularly, school partnerships play an important role in the longstanding partnership between Rhineland-Palatinate and Rwanda, which has been in place since 1982.
