Notice regarding Donation Receipts
Donation receipts of the Partnership Rhineland-Palatinate / Rwanda e.V.
Since no donation receipt has to be submitted to the tax office for donations up to 200 euros, we ask you to waive a donation receipt for donations under 200 euros. Donations and contributions to recognized charitable foundations and organizations are tax deductible according to paragraph § 10b of the Income Tax Act. The following documents are sufficient, which must be submitted to the competent tax office upon request:
• Payment/transfer receipt or bank statement (copy), on which the name, account number or other identifying feature of the client and recipient, the amount, the booking day as well as the actual execution of the payment are visible.
• Receipt of the donation recipient regarding the exemption from corporation tax. You can find the document on our homepage www.rlp-ruanda.de under “Partnership active”, sub-item “Donations” or on the homepage’s start page under “Important Information”.
If your competent tax office nevertheless requests a donation receipt, we can also issue this retroactively upon request and send it to you.
